Added dependency checks.

*** gawk *** (GNU awk) is required for fw-universal.sh. Otherwise firewall doesn't work

On Debian / GNU Linux always install packages:

    apt-get install gawk perl iptables

and install package 'iproute' if you are using shaping:

    apt-get install iprouteo
