Hi, how can I split the output data in view mode to show like this:
Field1 | Data1 Field2 | Data2
Field3 | Data3 Field4 | Data4
Field5 | Data5 Field6 | Data6
or vertical sorting.

You could insert divs with set widths with a php statement to apply each div class to every other <td>. See
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_layout.asp
for more info on defining each class. You would need a main div and then one div for each column.
