Who knew that going to any WiFi connection could cause the iPhone to no longer be able to use Wi-Fi? due to the name of the WiFi or SSID.

from analysis This bug can't connect to wifi. As the name might seem odd, “%p%s%s%s%s%n” can be seen in the name filled with percent signs. That may be the reason why the system will have a communication error. because in computer language In C, the % sign means something other than a letter. It also means inserting variables or commands as well, which can cause confusion and disruption to the system. That will make it impossible to use the Wi-Fi itself.
But finally found a way to fix this bug easily by resetting network settings in Settings app. That will delete all the Wi-Fi contacts that have been connected to it.
