My installation works up to the point where it asks me to select an identifier. From what I understand, it should display a list of field names for me to choose from, but no list is displayed. When I click Submit the same page reloads. Any suggestions?

Using the CVS version of the setup file, I was able to recreate this problem by entering the name of a table that does not exist.
Try again, make sure the table exists and the name is typed in correctly.
