phpMyEdit General     Record double displayed

Using a simple filter, I am getting one record displayed twice with one of the fields showing a different value.

Go to

http://www.drystackcellars.com/DryStackCellarsProduction/MainMenu.php?Page=WineAdditions&LotID=DS_SY877_DS_07

And see that record 104 is showing twice.

I can't figure out why.
