Is it possible to use phpMyEdit as a front end to another form?

Id like to let people use the View function along with the sorting options to select records that ultimately they would be able to send to another program - which in this case would plot the values from the records they selected on a graph.

Any "hooks" to allow this?

Thanks,

Just in case anyone else was looking for something like this, I was able to do this with a similar approach to the problem solution here:

http://opensource.platon.sk/forum/projects/viewtopic.php?t=1053

This let me replace the default form around the output and add a button at the bottom to "Display Graph" based on the selected data.

Though I had to come back into the same PHP file to do it, the result was acceptable and I was able to fetch the data I wanted from the database again and feed it to my graphing application.
