Hi,
Is it possible to get the $value from another field
and put into another fields ['URL']
currently I am doing this

$opts['fdd']['email'] = array(
'name' => 'Email',
'select' => 'T',
'URL' => './emailperson.php?id=$value'
); |
This puts in the actual email address,
however I want to get an ID number from another column called 'ContactID' which is in the same table.
and pass this 'ContactID' as the "$value" in the email URL above.
Can anyone help me on this?

Zahid,
Did you manage to get this working? I trying to get something similar - I need to update a database field based on the contents of two virtual fields. I can't get it to work either.

You can't do this. sqlw can only take the value from the field it's attached to.
