Support for other values which can be used in addition to table lookup, fixes for
selection and multiple selection filter behaviour, a fix for a save/change/delete bug
which updates bad fields not according to performed action, clarifications to the URL
linking stuff, and addition of a license file and Polish language file to the
distribution.
