make install doesn't seem to work |

Description |
I did:
./configure
make
make install (as root)
it doesn't put anything in /usr/include or /usr/lib
it seems to add the man pages. |

Please delete this bug....operator error...it was installed in /usr/local/include and /usr/local/lib |
