Un exemple complet avec page html et page php serait le bienvenue.

Je n'y comprends rien du tout. :-(((

0. make sure you know how to access to your already defined mysql database.
1. unzip the phpMyEdit in an accessible directory of your web server
2. connect to http://myserver/mydirectoy/phpMyEdit/phpMyEditSetup.php
3. follow instructions
4. look at the generated file in the directory.

That's a start.
