Hi there everyone! How you doin?
I'm having a little problem here, and I thought you guys could help me out. Recently, I started studying german on my own, only to find out that it's a horrible language to learn. (No, I am not asking if anyone could teach me ). So I wanna do what my mum always told me: "Combine it with something pleasurable!". Just recently I started looking anime (I started with Neon Genesis Evangelion. Was rather cool, exept the ending...), so what I wanna do now is simple: Simply watch Animes with german fansubs, and also inform myself on Animes in pure german. Sound lunatic? Perhaps, but I guess this is the only way to learn a crazed up language like german nowadays.
Now my questions is: Does any one of you know any german Anime-sites, where I might find Information or Links to Fan-subbed animes?
Likewise, could anyone tell me their favorite animes? I haven't watched many up till now, but I heard that there are a lot of really screwed animes out there, so I wanna avoid watching those.
Thx in advance!

Cya!

Hello!
I was just skipping through the forum when I noticed your posting. I just couldn't help but notice this strange posting.
I must admit, though I like animes, your method of "enjoying" them really is something... Truth be told, I wish I had learned german like that
But back to your main problem. I asked around my msn contacts from germany and switzerland, and they said that the currently most accurate Anime-Info site they could think of is apparently called "Animefanwiki". Here's the link for you: http://www.animefanwiki.de.
Also to your last question: Yeah, always like to share my most favorite animes with somebody else ^^. Knowing you and your special "learning", I'll also add the link to the article too, so you will be able to read about it too, that is, if your german is already that good.
OKAY! My Top Ten Animes (Man I'm really feeling like a news reporter now )

Nr. 1: Elfen Lied
Nr. 2: Melancholy of Haruhi suzumiya
Nr. 3: Monster
Nr. 4: Fate Stay night
Nr. 5: D.N.Angel
Nr. 6: Cowboy Bebop
Nr. 7: DearS
Nr. 8: Death Note
Nr. 9: Ghost in the Shell
Nr. 10: Rurouni Kenshin

Ok, with that I guess you should be happy for a while. Have fun watching and learning.
Also, if you are feeling up to the challange, go see the german forums for the fansites of these animes, or simply go to the forum of the wiki I gave you. I believe http://www.animefanboard.de was it's adress.
Good luck!
So long and bye!
