Imagine someone gives you a blank notebook and asks you to fill it with anything you enjoy. Would you turn it into a sketchbook, a collection of recipes, a travel journal, or a place to capture ideas?
I’d probably make a notebook of things I notice during ordinary days. It could include an interesting quote, a quick drawing, a song recommendation, or a question I want to explore later. There wouldn’t need to be a strict theme.
An empty page can feel intimidating when you expect every entry to be impressive. Starting with something simple, such as a list of five favourite places or a rough sketch of your coffee cup, might make it easier to continue.
