Where (URL=?) to get the latest version (the maturest version , the most bug-free version) of phpMyEdit 5.4

The most bug-free version of phpMyEdit 5.4R is rev-1.166 , not rev-1.167 .
rev-1.167 has the same bug as phpMyEdit 5.5R , for example , pressing goto button produce Mysql syntax error .
